Sagicor Cayman Limited is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (“Sagicor Group”), a financial holding company incorporated in Jamaica offering a wide range of financial products and services through its Jamaican subsidiaries Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited. Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited is a subsidiary of Sagicor Financial Corporation which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Company has a Full Securities Investment Business License from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and offers a wide range of investment products and services including mutual funds, wealth management services, asset management services and investment advisory services.
