Peter K. Melhado BSc, MBA - Chairman, Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands

Mr. Melhado is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the ICD Group and Chairman of Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands, a conglomerate with interests in real estate, construction, property management, general insurance and business process outsourcing.
With a proven track record in the financial services industry from 1993, Mr. Melhado held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Manufacturers Group and led the acquisition of Sigma Investment Managers in 2001, resulting in the formation of Manufacturers Sigma. He remained in that position until the merger of Manufacturers Sigma and Pan Caribbean in 2004.
He is on the Board of Directors of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited.
He is a former Vice President of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica and serves as a Chairman of Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited. Mr Melhado attained a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, with a major in Finance.

Tatiana Brown B.Sc., FLMI, Country Manager - Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands

Tatiana is the Country Manager for Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands Ltd. and has over seventeen (17) years’ experience in the Life Insurance industry. Mrs. Brown is Chair of the Life Insurance Standing Committee (LISC) under the Cayman Islands Insurance Association (CIIA), a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals (CISHRP) and has completed multiple industry related courses.
Her accomplishments include: Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), the Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designation and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Business Administration from the University College of the Cayman Islands.

Norman L. Wilson, Sales Manager, FLMI, LUTCF AMTC, Executive Certificate in Management (ECM), Notary Public.

Norman Wilson is the Sales Manager of Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands with responsibility for the training and development of the Sales Team.
Mr. Wilson has garnered all the top industry sales accolades including Court of the Table accreditation in 2010 and a Qualifying and Life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

Mark Chisholm MBA (Hons.), J.P., President & CEO - Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands

Mark’s experience in the insurance industry spans over 30 years. Over this period, he has moved up the corporate ladder to his current position of President and CEO, with direct responsibility for revenue in the Insurance Division, which encompasses sales in Jamaica and Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands.
In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer, Mark is responsible for spearheading Sagicor Jamaica’s Insurance Sales efforts in the following areas:

• Individual Life – Sales & Distribution
• Employee Benefits Division (EBD) – Sales & Distribution
• Pension Sales

He provides Executive oversight at the Group level for the Insurance Brokerage and General Insurance entities, Sagicor Insurance Brokers and Advantage General respectively.

Camille Witter MBA (Hons), FSA, CERA, Vice President – Pricing and Product Management

Camille is the Pricing Actuary and has over 17 years’ actuarial experience with Sagicor, spanning various capacities in pensions, annuities, risk management and life insurance. Camille is currently responsible for pricing and product management of Sagicor’s products. Camille is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), she holds an MBA (Hons) from the University of Bradford and a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies.

Jacqueline Brown-Barnes, Vice President - Group Insurance Services

Dr. Jacqueline Brown-Barnes is our Vice-President, Group Insurance Services and has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Information Technology and Operations. Her wealth of knowledge in the industry gives her an excellent position to be responsive to the needs of our clients.
